I can paint?
Yep, yet another hobby to check off the list. Painting. And I can't stop! Seriously. I am drawing and painting anytime my kids are playing and napping. I have so many ideas in my head I just need to put them on paper. And I am kind of digging what I've done so far. So sorry sewing machine, I think I am over you, at least for the next few days:)

As the daughter of an artist who did oils, I was always intimidated by the idea of painting! But last year I decided to try, and I did a small cupcake painting. It turned out cute...
but your post title cracked me up because that was the same reaction I had after trying it the first time (well, since kindergarten) "I can paint?"

Yes I'm planning on it! May & August I'm undecided as they fall on important birthdays, though...

very darling little paintings, I love the expressions on the girls faces. feels good doesn't it, picking up a paint brush, and being young again!!!
